Red Algae – A New Sculpture at the Tree Museum

The Enea Tree Museum is pleased to welcome Red Algae (three arms), a new permanent sculpture by internationally renowned Swiss artist Claudia Comte.

Standing 2.8 metres high and weighing approximately 1.2 tonnes, the sculpture is carved from Arabescato marble. Inspired by the organic forms of algae and coral, it brings together nature, craftsmanship and contemporary art—values that are also at the heart of the Tree Museum.

The sculpture joins our carefully curated collection of contemporary works by leading national and international artists. Together with the rescued, centuries-old trees of the Enea Tree Museum, it creates a place where nature and art meet in a meaningful dialogue.
