The St. Regis Residence project in Miami will include a waterfront 48-story tower with 152 residences and over 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.

Large existing Banyan trees will be preserved on site during construction and will frame the entry access into the site. A cutting garden with tropical foliage and flowering plants will be centered at the base of the banyan trees.

At the east ground level, there will be a waterfront pedestrian promenade along Biscayne Bay with coastal and native planting species, canopy trees, and character palms.

The third level amenity terrace will have an outdoor infinity edge pool with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. A second outdoor pool will be located on the fifth level with private cabanas, sun lounging spaces, a pickleball court and garden seating coves.
